What information do we need for our arrival?
The arrival is possible from 3 pm. Upon arrival you will receive two keys and your guest cards.

Are linen and towels provided free of charge?
Linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Is there any visitor’s tax?

The visitor’s tax is 2,60 EUR per person and night. Children and young people from 13 to 16 years pay 1.95 EUR per person and night.
Following persons do not have to pay the tourist tax:

  • Children up to 12 years
  • Disabled persons with an ID and supplement "aG", "BL" or "H"
  • Accompanying person of disabled, if an accompanying person is required according the ID

The exemption for disabled persons and accompanying persons of disabled have to be requested at the latest on the second day after arrival at the community by showing the identity card.

How far away is the center of Oberstdorf?
It will take you about 5 minutes comfortable walk to reach the town center (Oberstdorf House) from our Landhaus.

Where is the next bus station?
The next bus stop is located in front of the Hotel Weinklause (Prinzenstr.10), about 5 minutes walk from the Landhaus (direction Oberstdorf Haus). From this station you have a direct connection to the ski resort "Fellhorn-Kanzelwand" and the main bus station of Oberstdorf, from where you have all other bus connections.

Where is the next grocery store located?
The nearest supermarkets with bakery are REWE (Fellhornstr. 1) and NETTO (Pfarrstr. 2), both about 2 minutes by car. There are also EDEKA with bakery (Poststr. 10), FENEBERG with bakery (Im Steinach 16) and LIDL (Im Steinach 20). In the village itself there are several bakeries and butcher´s shops that are also located within a walking distance (about 5 minutes).

Can I park directly in front of the Landhaus?
You can use the in-house parking directly in front of the Landhaus, free of charge.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole house. The access data can be found in the information folder.

How is the kitchen equipped?
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, toaster, microwave, 2-ring ceramic hob (except apartment Schneeheide: 2-plate stove), dishwasher (except apartment Schneeheide), electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, bread knife, cutting knives, cooking spoon, beer-, wine- and champagne glasses, shot glasses, tea glasses, teapot, coffee set, pots and pans, eggcups, can and bottle opener, corkscrew, scissors, coffee and tea filters, bread baskets, cleaning utensils, salt, pepper, sugar etc.

If you still miss something, please let us know so we can take care of it.

How often do I get fresh towels, linens, etc.?
Upon arrival, sufficient fresh towels and linen will be prepared for you. If you need fresh linens or towels during your stay, simply deposit the small laundry basket, which is located in each apartment, with the dirty laundry every Saturday before 12:00 am in front of your apartment door. We will provide you with fresh linen or towels.

We ask you for your understanding.as we are not allowed to enter a rented apartment according to the accommodation guidelines of DeHoGa (Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband).

What happens if I cancel?
In accordance with our terms and conditions, cancellation fees will be charged if you have booked bindingly and you have to cancel the reservation or you have to leave earlier or you do not arrive. If we will not receive any other rental during this time for your apartment, we have to charge you the cancellation fees. Therefore, we recommend to take a cancellation insurance.

What happens if I break something?
That something breaks, can happen all the time. Just let us know, and we'll take care of the replacement and/or the reparation.
You only have to pay for thereplacement. In general, your personal liability insurance covers such "rental damages".

What are the terms of payment?
A deposit of at least 100, - EUR becomes due with the booking. Please transfer this down payment to the account indicated in the booking confirmation. The remaining amount can be paid in cash at arrival or be transferred before the arrival. At the moment payment is not possible by EC or credit cards.

What do I need to know about departure?
Please leave the apartment on the day of your departure
at 10:00 a.m. at the latest and deposit the keys and the guest cards, either in the apartment itself or in our postbox directly at the front door.

Can bicycles be stored at the house?
You can store your bicycle in the basement.

Are children welcome?
We are always happy to have children with us in our Landhaus. We can provide you with a children’s high chair and a children's bed free of charge.

If you need anything further, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try to fulfill your request as soon as possible.

Are pets allowed?
Due to our allergy certification, we are not allowed to accommodate pets.

What does allergy certification mean?
We are certified by the ECARF-quality seal. Products and services that have been certified by ECARF, are fully adapted to the needs of allergy sufferers. We attach great importance to cleanliness. For the cleaning of the apartments only allergy-friendly cleaning agents and vacuum cleaners with special filter inserts are used. In addition, on request, you will receive hypo-allergenic bedding from us. Please let us know that you are allergy sufferer during the booking procedure, so that we can take care of your needs.

Is it allowed to smoke in the apartment?
The house and all rooms in the house are non-smoking areas.
